Streams
Students can choose from a variety of streams, including pre-medical, pre-engineering, humanities, computer science, and commerce.
Eligibility
Students who do not pass in any subject in grade 11 can still continue to the second year of the HSC course.
Number of attempts
Students can attempt the HSC board exams up to six times, including the first attempt.
Marking scheme
Each subject is worth 100 marks in total. Subjects with practicals are marked as 70 marks for theory, 20 marks for practicals, and 10 marks for internal assessment.
